Rehab Alliance, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for per diem coverage in Pacific Grove, CA within skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. You will provide PT treatments under supervision and help coordinate evaluations and referrals with the supervising PT.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
