Enhance Therapies in Victorville, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a per diem role in SNF and long-term care settings. You will administer therapies under PT supervision, support patient evaluations, and coordinate care to achieve quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited program, an active CA PTA license, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
• Active license as Physical Therapist Assistant in California is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes in patient care.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
