Job summary

St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center in New Jersey seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, direct and administer individualized rehabilitation programs to restore function and prevent disability.

You will document evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and maintain patient files while counseling patients and families about diagnosis, plan of care and prognosis. Join a nationally recognized health system that values clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy.
  • CPR certification within first 3 months of hire.
  • FIM certification to be taken following employment and training at Wayne, then certification must be taken through the rehab program (UDSmr).
  • Valid driver’s license required and comply with Qualifications to Drive a System Vehicle as well as all policies as outlined in the SJHS Fleet Management & Safety Program for EIP employees only.
  • Effective January 2019, St. Joseph’s Health requires all employee certifications for BLS, ACLS and PALS to be granted through the American Heart Association.
