Qualifications

• Professional registration preferred (PBT(ASCP)).
• One year of experience in a high-volume phlebotomy environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens for procedures and perform testing.
• Conduct pre-analytic tasks like specimen preparation, centrifugation, decanting, distribution and packaging.
• Follow asepsis and antisepsis principles; ensure quality assurance data informs service improvements.
• Utilize leadership skills to train new associates or students.
