Qualifications include High School/GED; Phlebotomy training and certification are preferred; 1+ year experience, LIS/EMR familiarity, and strong communication. Rate $16.00–$29.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Phlebotomy training and certification preferred.
• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of LIS/EMR systems and ability to use them effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Collects non-blood specimens such as urine and throat swabs.
• Ensures correct labeling, identity verification, and safe handling.
• Prepares specimens for laboratory testing and maintains clean work area.
• Performs related receptionist duties and basic clerical tasks as needed.
• Adheres to PPE and safety policies; supports quality control and training.
