Job summary

Valley Medical Group in Northampton seeks a Phlebotomist to join our Laboratory team. Per diem role with typical hours Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:00pm; schedule discussed at interview. Must collect blood from patients of all ages and perform data entry and equipment operation with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant program.
• Previous customer service or medical office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collecting samples from patients of all ages.
• Processing and accessioning of clinical specimens.
• Checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting patients.
