Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• National Phlebotomy Technician certification required at hire.
• National Medical Assistant Certification required at hire.
• National EMT Certification or NREMT required at hire.
• Alaska EMT License required at hire.
• Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receive specimens accurately and timely per policies.
• Provide courteous patient and resident service in all areas.
• Adhere to Federal/State regulations and lab procedures.
• Maintain documentation and proper specimen handling.
