We seek a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health pharmacy, primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

Location : You will be traveling all over the state of Oregon to cover for PTO and call outs

Schedule : The ability to cover PTO and call outs during the week; Monday-Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm PST

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Providesexceptional customer servicetoall consumersandmembersofthe clinic staff
  • Fillsprescriptionordersandmakesthemavailablefor verificationunderdirect supervisionoftheRegisteredPharmacist
  • Orders,receivesand storesincomingpharmacy supplies
  • Receivesandprocesseswholesalermedicationorders
  • Verifiesmedication stockandentersdatain computertomaintaininventoryrecords
  • Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
  • Performs various clericaldutiesrelatingtothedepartment
  • Communicateswith solidprofessional verbalandwritten communication skills
  • Ability to travel to all cities in OR to cover for PTO and call outs
  • Otherdutiesasassigned

Required Qualifications :

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Oregon
  • Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience

The salary range for this role is $16.00to $28.85per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
