Located at 21 W Clarke Ave., Milford, DE, the role covers Monday–Friday hours with 8-hour shifts. Responsibilities include filling orders, inventory management, and clerical duties while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of healthcare experience required.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license preferred.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to consumers and clinic staff.
• Fills prescription orders under direct supervision of the pharmacist.
• Orders, receives and stores pharmacy supplies.
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders.
• Verifies stock and updates inventory records in the system.
• Assists pharmacist in maintaining compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Performs clerical duties related to the department.
• Communicates clearly in verbal and written form.
• Other duties as assigned.

We seek a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health pharmacy, primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Hours: Per Diem working on as need basis covering PTO, callouts and other business needs. Location hours are Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm with lunch from 12:30pm to 1:00pm

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff
• Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist
• Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders
• Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records
• Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
• Performs various clerical duties relating to the department
• Communicates with strong professional verbal and written communication skills
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work onsite at 21 W Clarke Ave. Suite 1415, Milford, DE 19963, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Activeand unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license
• Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience
