Job summary

Willow Springs Center, a residential behavioral health treatment center for adolescents, seeks a compassionate Per Diem Pharmacist to join a weekend call rotation and provide weekday coverage as needed.

The role involves working without a guaranteed schedule, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and staff to deliver high-quality pharmacy services to residents, and maintaining knowledge of NV and Federal pharmacy laws and Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited pharmacy program.
• Valid Nevada pharmacist license (and a DEA permit).
• 1-5 years of pharmacy experience; psychiatric facility experience preferred.
• Experience with operations and supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate weekend call coverage with 1-2 other per diems.
• Available, with advance notice, to periodically work full weekdays in the Pharmacy in the absence of the full-time Pharmacist.
• No set schedule or guaranteed hours.
