At UCLA Health, you can do all this and more with a primary focus in oncology patients. Maintenance and review of patient medication profiles; reviewing and verifying physician medication orders and patient medical record; and checking of IV products. Interacting with healthcare professionals and providers to help promote safe medication use, prevent inappropriate or misuse of medications; provide clinical pharmacy services (e.g., pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, IV/PO conversions, clinical protocols per pharmacy and pharmacist interventions).

Schedule: Monday–Friday, variable hours (hours may vary based on departmental needs). You are required to have the ability to travel to multiple work sites within UCLA Health.
Hourly Salary: $115.04
