Qualifications

• 3 years related pharmacy experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and education to patients on their medications.
• Manage staff pharmacist and technicians, if applicable, and address knowledge gaps.
• Oversee pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer service.
• Lead personnel management, inventory management, profitability and loss prevention.
• Ensure HIPAA and fraud, waste and abuse credentialing are current and compliant.
• Comply with all applicable laws and facility policies.
