Qualifications

• Current Florida pharmacist license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) preferred.
• Experience in acute care setting required.

Responsibilities

• The Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution, patient counseling and teaching.
• The pharmacist supervises and directs supportive staff and may assume duties of the Director of Pharmacy when needed.
• Maintains currency in stroke knowledge by completing annual training and recognizing stroke signs.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.)

Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) preferred
