Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a Per Diem PET/CT Technologist at our Main Campus in Manhattan, NY. You will perform PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine imaging, CT and X-ray exams as needed, and prepare radiopharmaceuticals following strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities include achieving high-quality images, accurate patient positioning, and thorough documentation. Must hold NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification, CT certification, and a New Jersey license; dual PET/CT license preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires NMTCB certification or ARRT(N) program approval.
• ARRT(N) certification is required or JCERT-approved equivalent.
• CT Certification required.
• New Jersey license (NJS) required.
• Dual RT license in PET and CT is preferred.
• ARRT(R) radiography certification preferred.
• Graduate of approved radiography program (ARRT(R)) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine imaging following MSK protocols.
• Conduct diagnostic CT and limited X-ray exams as needed.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely.
• Ensure high-quality images and proper patient positioning.
• Monitor patients and communicate effectively with physicians.
• Maintain documentation, dose records, and QC logs.
