Advantra Health seeks a Pediatric Med/Surg RN for a PRN opportunity at Shriners Children’s Texas in Galveston, TX. The RN provides patient-centered pediatric care in a hospital setting, with a schedule from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM and immediate start.

Requirements include an active Texas RN license, 2–3 years acute pediatric nursing, EPIC experience, and BLS. Orthopedic and burn experience are a plus for this per diem role.

Formación

• Active Texas RN license.
• 2–3 years of recent acute pediatric nursing experience.
• EPIC experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Orthopedics and burn experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to pediatric Med/Surg patients.
• Assess patient conditions and monitor progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC.
• Support patient and family education throughout treatment and recovery.
