First Choice Nurses is seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses for per diem hospital shifts in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Picks shifts that fit your life, with options for daily or weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Requirements include an active Virginia RN license, 2+ years PCU experience in the last 4 years, BLS, ACLS, TB test, and vaccination or exemption. Per diem, hospital-based opportunities with local support.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN License
• Minimum 2 years of PCU nursing experience within the past 4 years
• Current AHA BLS
• Current AHA ACLS
• Current QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption

Responsabilités

• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions
• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and changes in patient status
• Administering medications, IV therapies, and ordered treatments
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Following infection-control and patient-safety standards
• Educating patients and families regarding care and discharge plans

PCU RN Requirements

• Active Virginia RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience within the past 4 years
