Utopia Home Care, Inc. in East Haven, CT is seeking an experienced Per diem Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our growing team.

The PCA will provide hands-on ADL support in clients' homes, with a focus on compassionate, client-centered care and adherence to our Medicare-certified program. Qualified candidates must hold a PCA certification, have weekend availability, and provide original CT Driver's License or CT State ID and SSN card.

Competenze

• Background check, fingerprinting, and physical forms completed within the past year.
• Must have weekend availability and PCA certification.
• Must provide CT Driver's License or CT State ID and original Social Security Card.
• Documentation of a physical and PPD taken within the past 12 months or ability to obtain quickly.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on care for ADLs in clients' homes.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Document care and communicate with supervisors.
