Trinity Health is hiring a per diem Paramedic in Stafford Springs, CT. You will perform advanced paramedic procedures during treatment and transport, collaborating with clinicians and taking initiative in emergencies.

This role offers rotating shifts in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with a focus on providing high-quality patient care. Minimum qualifications include a completed Paramedic program, CT license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and completion of an accredited Paramedic program.
• Current CT Paramedic license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to think and act calmly in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients and families, hospital staff and public safety agencies, providing exemplary care and customer service.
• Transports patients to medical facilities or residences as needed.
• Operates and maintains company vehicles safely and performs daily vehicle checks.
• Replenishes medical equipment and supplies as needed.
• Completes Patient Care Reports accurately and submits them before shift end.
