Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse in New York required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of organizational goals within the quality and safety performance improvement plan and nurse-sensitive indicators.
• Collects, assesses, and documents patient healthcare data.
• Involves patient/family and interdisciplinary team to identify a plan of care and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritizes care based on data collected and documents accordingly in medical records.
• Educates patient/family regarding health status and the established plan of care.
