Job description

Join to apply for the Per Diem Outpatient Therapist role at CBH Care.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing psycho-social diagnostic assessments and making appropriate referrals.
2. Developing treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
3. Providing clients with an overview of their rights and responsibilities.
4. Conducting intake evaluations and psychotherapy sessions.
5. Collaborating with prescribers when medications are involved.
6. Ensuring all clinical and administrative documentation is completed timely.

Qualifications include:

1. MSW from an accredited program and university.
2. Valid NJ LCSW or LPC.
3. LSW/LAC with at least two years of clinical experience in direct services.
4. Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient settings.
5. Ability to work with diverse populations including children, adults, and families.
6. Proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.

Location: Hackensack and West Milford, New Jersey.

Employment Type: Per Diem, with minimum 5 hours per week, flexible days/times.
