Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required; state license active.
• Master/Doctorate preferred; GPT or temporary licenses allowed for graduates.
• Active BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Examines and evaluates patients to establish care goals.
• Establishes diagnosis, prognosis, and plans of care.
• Implements treatment interventions per plan of care.
• Directs rehabilitation plan and tracks patient progress.
• Educates patients and caregivers.
• Completes clinical documentation and billing accurately.
• Communicates discharge needs and resources.
• Ensures compliance with policies and standards.
