Job summary

WF TPS is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant PRN in Jupiter, Florida. Under supervision of a licensed OT, you will design and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain independence in daily activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, providing services in inpatient/outpatient settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining records, and educating patients and families to support successful discharge.

Qualifications

• OTA certification required.
• Experience supporting OT evaluations and treatment planning.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist OT with patient evaluations, treatment planning and implementation.
• Provide OT services in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient progress records and treatment notes.
• Educate patients and families to support discharge and daily living goals.
