Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Northern Kentucky in Fort Thomas, KY (inside St. Elizabeth's Hospital) is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN/As Needed/Per Diem roles. Compensation: $53.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include discharge planning, supervising OTAs, conducting therapy regimens, monitoring patient responses, and ongoing education. Qualifications: current state OT licensure and BLS certification (or completion within 90 days). Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education and adaptive equipment.
• Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs), as well as OT and COTA students.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens
• Monitor patients’ responses to treatment
• Participate in continuing education seminars and in-services
