Job summary

Boost Home Healthcare - North Shore is seeking an exceptional per diem Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. You’ll provide in-home occupational therapy, promote independence, and support patients’ recovery while enjoying a clinician-first culture.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, respect, and a team-oriented environment. Massachusetts licensure and a background in home health or acute care are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the AMA/ACHE and AOTA.
• Licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Occupational and Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of one year in an acute care setting.
• Two years of home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer occupational therapy to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis.
• Perform initial assessments, develop and modify plans of care, and reassess every 30 days.
• Consult with physicians regarding treatment changes and coordinate with care team.

Education

OT degree and licensure (ACHE/AOTA accredited) or ND/National Certification
