Inspired Homecare is seeking a part-time Home Health Occupational Therapist for immediate per diem openings. The role involves delivering in-home OT services, including evaluations and treatment plans, with flexible scheduling based on your availability.

You will visit patients in their homes, collaborate with care teams, and maintain documentation using EMR systems such as WellSky Kinnser and HCHB. Travel to various locations will be required; compassion and adaptability are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in home health care required.
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as WellSky Kinnser.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes and surrounding areas.
