Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans and uses clinical techniques.
• Provides therapy interventions and discharge plans with clear communication to care teams.
• Completes comprehensive and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
