Job summary

Adventist Health Delano is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, day-shift role at our Delano, CA campus. The therapist will design and implement treatment plans to restore function and participate as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary care team.

Required: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or OTD) and state licensure; CPR/BLS certification; and two years’ OT experience preferred. Completion of comprehensive evaluations and accurate documentation is essential to service

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) is required.
• Two years' occupational therapy experience is preferred.
• Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans and addresses assessment areas that require attention.
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and establishes discharge plans.
• Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
