Formación

• CA OT Assistant certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Pass an annual competency assessment conducted by a physical/occupational therapist.
• Complete timely documentation showing progress toward functional goals.
• Implement the treatment plan defined by the supervising therapist.
• Perform therapy procedures safely as indicated.
• Instruct the team about patient functional needs as required.
• Consult supervising therapist for changes in the treatment plan.
• Train patients and/or families on daily care activities.
• Secure and fit equipment for patient use as needed.
• Complete daily charges and administrative tasks.
• Participate in continuing education to stay current with new treatments.
• Meet or exceed productivity requirements.
• Ensure care is appropriate for patient age and development.
• Attend required department meetings and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Assist with day-to-day department operations as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge to care for the population served.
