Job summary

University Medical Center of Southern Nevada seeks an Inventory Specialist responsible for requisitioning and stocking all supplies within sterile stores and the surgical core, maintaining minimum and maximum inventory levels using FIFO, and pulling scheduled and emergent surgical cases.

The role includes pulling and delivering emergent supply requests, handling and storing tissue and biologics, and contributing to a high‑reliability supply chain in a premier teaching hospital in Las Vegas.

Position Summary:

Responsible for requisitioning and stocking all supplies within sterile stores and the surgical core, reviewing and maintaining all minimum and maximum inventory levels utilizing first in, first out method (FIFO), pulling scheduled and emergent surgical cases, pulling and delivering emergent supply requests, and handling and storing tissue and biologics.
