Job summary

Vanguard Surgical Center in New Jersey is seeking a per diem Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical team. The Circulating Nurse will manage patient positioning, preparation, and intraoperative circulation across diverse specialties, including ophthalmology, orthopedics, and neurosurgery.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited RN degree, an active NJ RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS as required. A minimum of 1 year as a Circulator is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment

Responsibilities

• The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
