Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Providence, RI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Per Diem OR/PACU role, primarily covering egg retrieval weeks with potential for embryo transfer support. The position requires flexibility to work roughly one week per month with a minimum of two shifts per month.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with Rhode Island multi-state endorsement.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in OR/PACU is strongly preferred.
• Experience in infertility or reproductive medicine is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients undergoing ART and ovulation induction treatments.
• Support care in the OR and PACU.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical staff, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.

Position Overview

Everleap Fertility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Per Diem OR/PACU role. This position provides coverage primarily during egg retrieval weeks, with additional opportunities to assist with embryo transfer procedures as needed.

Schedule

Coverage needed approximately one week per month during egg retrieval cycles

Additional hours may be available for embryo transfers outside of retrieval weeks

Minimum commitment of two shifts per month

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and Ovulation Induction (OI) treatments

Support patients throughout their fertility treatment journey, including care in the Operating Room (OR) and Post‑Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

Collaborate closely with nurses, medical assistants, advanced practice providers, physicians, laboratory staff, OR/PACU personnel, administrative teams, and reception staff to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations

Deliver compassionate, patient‑focused care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with a valid Rhode Island multi‑state license — required

BLS certification — required

Previous OR/PACU experience — strongly preferred

Experience in infertility or reproductive medicine — highly desirable

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced clinical environment
