Job summary

Shrewsbury Surgery Center, part of United Surgical Partners International, Inc., seeks an Operating Room Registered Nurse for per diem coverage. The RN will position, prep, and circulate during surgical cases, supporting specialties such as ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedic, Spine, and Urology.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited RN program, active NY/NJ RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, and 1+ year OR experience with strong nursing judgment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS as required by the center.
• 1+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Positioning the patient during procedures.
• Prepping the patient prior to surgery.
• Circulating the case throughout surgical procedures.
