Qualifications

• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Valid ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Provider Card.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health status and develop care plans.
• Administer chemotherapy and other meds per regimens.
• Monitor vital signs during infusions and respond to changes.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and side effects.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team for follow-up and supportive services.
• Assist in managing chemotherapy-related side effects.
