Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington.
• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program.
• Must maintain CPR/BLS during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to patients per licensure.
• Direct and supervise rehab aides and students per guidelines.
• Ensure safety and follow facility procedures; maintain patient safety.
• Complete evaluations and progress notes as required.
• Communicate patient status to family and care team.
