Providence is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem position (0.01 FTE) on the Day shift, onsite at Providence St Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage, AK. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating OT services for inpatients, outpatients, swing bed, and long-term care residents.

Candidates must hold an OT degree (Bachelor/Master/PhD) and current Alaska OT licensure or eligible permits, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Occupational Therapy required.
• Alaska OT License or Alaska OT Limited Permit or Alaska OT Temporary License required upon hire.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy services.
