Job summary

Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY) is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Per Diem) to join NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan. The role involves therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities at a full-service community hospital.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State.

Responsibilities

• Performs appropriate treatment involving therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other modalities.
• Keeps accurate records of patient evaluations, progress, recommendations, and goals.
• Attends rounds and clinics appropriate to area assignment.
• Educates patient and/or family regarding the occupational therapy aspects of diagnosis, treatment plan, and prognosis.

Education
