Virtua Health in Mount Holly is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (Per Diem) to perform examinations, evaluations and plans of care, and to support rehab services on site.

You will collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes, document thoroughly, and educate patients and families. Requires a Bachelor's in OT, NJ licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice in New Jersey.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license may be required for home health/early intervention.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with medical and rehab team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Perform evaluations and modify plans of care as needed.
• Complete documentation and maintain patient records timely.
• Coordinate with staff and utilize aides effectively.
• Educate patients and families according to age and needs.
