Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group, a provider of in-house therapy in Skilled Nursing facilities across multiple states, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy to improve patient recovery and quality of life.

You will supervise OTAs and support personnel, provide consults to patients and families, and participate in program development within a clinical team. Competitive hourly pay and team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as OTR (if state mandate).

Responsibilities

• Uses evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel per licensure requirements and professional standards.
