Job summary

Qualifications

• New York State OTR/L licensure; or license eligible; must pass exam within one year. Recent graduates will be strongly considered.
• Preferred: Master of Science OTR/L Degree from an AOTA accredited program.
• Preferred: One year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services across multiple settings.
• Devise and carry out treatment programs to restore daily activities.
• Establish treatment goals and plans of care to meet them.
• Evaluate and submit requests for assistive devices, orthotic and prosthetic needs.
• Complete paperwork, EMR entries, and daily billing per department policy.
