Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations and interventions for post-surgical and non-surgical upper-extremity conditions.
• Fabricates custom orthoses for upper-extremity diagnoses.
• Collects and records patient data according to guidelines and reimbursement considerations.
• Maintains daily notes, progress reports, and discharge plans in the EMR system.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and takes part in education/training for patients and families.
• Promotes patient success and maintains professional demeanor.
