Regency Hospital - Oregon is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for per diem coverage in Oregon, OH. The role requires licensure and BLS certification with the ability to pick up shifts at Sylvania and Oregon locations as needed.

You will participate in discharge planning, supervise OTAs and OT/COTA students, and conduct individual therapy regimens while monitoring patient progress. The position offers an extensive orientation and potential for future full-time opportunities.

Formación

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment is required.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education and adaptive equipment.
• Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs), as well as OT and COTA students.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens.
• Monitor patients’ responses to treatment.
• Participate in continuing education seminars and in-services.
