Job summary

Concentra in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a per diem physician (PRN) to join our outpatient centers and deliver high-quality occupational medical care. You will assess patients, provide treatments, and ensure a compassionate, patient-centered experience while adhering to company standards.

The role requires Indiana medical licensure, Indiana DEA, DOT/FMCSA certification (or willingness to obtain), and eligibility for Medicare participation.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted medical license in Indiana.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of Indiana.
• DOT/FMCSA certification - active or willing to get during credentialing.
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide treatments as a PRN staff physician.
• Ensure an exceptional and reassuring patient experience while delivering care.
