Job summary

Paycom - ATS in York, PA is seeking a per diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support on-site clinic efforts. You will provide healthcare services to employees and support medical and safety programs at the site.

Key duties include first-aid, examinations for surveillance programs, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant health records. Licensure, DEA, and ACLS/BLS are required, with a preference for occupational medicine experience.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in PA with national certification
• Unrestricted DEA license
• ACLS/BLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years advanced practice experience; occupational medicine preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide first-aid and medical treatment including wound closure and x-ray orders.
• Perform regulatory testing, TB tests, immunizations, blood draws, and drug testing as required.
• Maintain employee health records and HIPAA privacy; data entry of demographics and health information.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; provide timely reporting as dictated by client and law.
• Conduct return-to-work clearances and case management follow-up for injuries/illness.
