Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking a per diem OB/GYN Physician to join our Boston, MA team. This role sits within Optum Care Delivery, offering resources, data and support from a national organization while you provide care in an ambulatory setting.

Services include on-site lab, radiology and pharmacy, with access to fertility and maternal-fetal medicine subspecialties. You will work with certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality, value-based care

Position Highlights:

• Collaborative teamwork with certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners.
• Outstanding clinical practice supports with focus on decreasing physician burnout.
• On-site laboratory, radiologic and pharmacy services.
• On-site or regional Fertility, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and other women's health sub-specialty services.
• Clinical practices located in Boston and surrounding metropolitan area

Required Qualifications:

• BC/ BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Committed to providing high quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and growing patient population

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $140.14- $240.87 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
