Mass General Brigham in Waltham is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to interpret care plans, assess nursing needs, and ensure safe, competent patient care. The role requires RN licensure and hospital-based experience.

Position is onsite with shift timing as Day, located at 52 Second Avenue; compensation ranges hourly with benefits as applicable.

• Two years of RN experience strongly preferred.
• One year of OB/GYN experience preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

Summary

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
