The perdiem Nursing Supervisor will assume responsibility for complete facility operations during an assigned shift.This includes supervising nursing andclinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
Other responsibilities include assisting the staffing coordinator withRN and Mental Health Associate staffing, communicating any issues to the other members of the nursing management team and conducting round audits.
