One Medical is seeking a qualified clinician in Colorado to join our direct primary care model. You will manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and provide in-office or testing center care as well as tele-health support.

You will work closely with NP/PA colleagues, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and pursue additional state licensure as needed in a fast-growing organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes through data-driven care.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Licensed or eligible for Colorado licensure.
• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Collaborating with one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Colorado
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $75/hr. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such skill sets, depth of experience, and work location.
