Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time clinician based in Washington, DC to manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive visits. The role includes in-office, testing center, and occasional tele-health visits, with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and team huddles.

You will collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, applying your training to deliver high-quality care and supervise NP/PA colleagues. State licensure in DC is required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plan to certify within 1 year.
• State licensed in Washington, DC, before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, or via tele-health.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues.
• Obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care settingBoard Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• State licensed in Washington, DC, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Washington, DC

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $253,200 to $302,700 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
