Providence Women’s and Children’s Services is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join the Newborn Hospitalist Service on a per diem basis.

You will round on newborns, perform resuscitation, and participate in on-call coverage from home as part of a collaborative team across Providence Newberg Medical Center and Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced Pediatric, Family Medicine, or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
• Must hold Oregon APRN licenses and DEA license.
• NRP certification required.

Responsabilités

Providence Women's and Children's Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join Providence Newborn Hospitalist Service in a Per Diem role. You will be part of a collaborative team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff as you provide inpatient rounding and newborn resuscitation services for the Newborn Hospitalist team. Ideal candidates are either experienced Pediatric, Family Medicine, or Neonatal Nurse Practitioners. In this role, you will see patients at both Providence Newberg Medical Center and Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center.

Position Highlights:

• 24-hours shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. at Providence Willamette Falls and 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. at Providence Newberg
• Rounding on newborns, providing resuscitation services, taking call from home

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Experienced PNP, FNP, NNP
• Oregon Advance Practice License and Oregon RN License, DEA License
• NRP certification
