Job summary

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice (copy on file).
Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
Current DEA, CDS, and DEA-X licenses.

Responsibilities

Perform and document medical evaluations per NCCHC, NJ 10-A, ACA, and PBNDS standards.
Assess mental and physical health status based on presenting symptoms and complaints.
Develop individualized treatment plans addressing patient needs and relapse prevention.
Prescribe medications within state regulations and CFG formulas.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
